Usually if you will see on a products page a lot of testimonials, then quite probable most of them are real. The price can also be an issue. If it is too cheap in comparison with the others it is a clear enough sign that the removal product is bad.
Even if you consider all these you should still ask around your friends, as they can offer you a better insight from their own experiences which is far more valuable than a hundred colourful and well place ads on the internet, that can be easily found under the terms wart and mole removal
